Meet Patsy...
As a 3rd generation Denverite ( See DRC Brown ) and a product of Denver Area schools (Dora Moore, Morey and Kent), and a graduate of CU Boulder, I bring a knowledge of the city and a love of the mountains coupled with the enthusiasm of a former Teacher to the world of Real Estate.
My goal is to make you feel comfortable with any Real Estate decision you make, based on intelligent, up to date information and top of the line tools. I am a strong negotiator and will do my best to get you the house,condo or townhome you want. If you are a seller, I will see to it that your house is sold in a timely fashion for the price you need. I have helped my children and other post-college aged young adults buy & sell homes, and relocated my 85 year old Father-in-law out of his home of 35 years so I am familiar with the process on both ends of the age spectrum!

As a native Denverite, one of my passions is skiing; I've been fortunate to volunteer as a Handicapped Ski Instructor at Winter Park's NSCD program on a weekly basis for the past 4 years. Summertime will find me on the golf course with delusional dreams of conquering the game! I have also been a Hospice Volunteer and recently applied to be a part-time Red Cross Volunteer...
